摘要
“十三五”时期是全面建成小康社会的决胜阶段,也是高校加强内涵式发展的关键时期,坚持“五大发展理念”,通过激发内生动力、优化内部治理体系、提升内涵发展质量、拓宽资源汲取整合渠道以及凸显持续发展普惠价值等五个方面的措施渠道,走内涵式发展道路,力求高校高质量发展。
The 13th Five-Year Plan period is the decisive stage for building a well-off society in an all-round way,and also the key period for universities to strengthen the connotative development.Insisting on the“Five Development Ideas”we should take the connotative development path through five measures:stimulating endogenous power,optimizing internal governance system,improving the quality of connotative development,broadening the channels of resources acquisition and integration,and highlighting the universal value of sustainable development.It has become an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of colleges and universities.
