论党员教师“正能量”及其对学生发展的意义

Party member teachers’ positive energy and its significance to students’ development

“正能量”,即所有符合社会主义核心价值观的积极、健康、感化人性、催生健康的政治和经济秩序的力量。党员教师应集聚传播“正能量”,在教学中渗透正确的人生观、世界观、价值观教育,促进学生全面发展。教师应摒除“精致的利己主义”,“正人”先“正己”;认清舆论环境的复杂性,谨慎表达对热点事件的看法;捕捉学生身上的教育契机,正确看待正面引导。基层党组织多开展体验性活动,让党员教师认同党的精神,进而自发地集聚传播正能量。

“Positive energy”means all the positive,healthy forces that conform to the core values of socialism and inspire human nature and promote healthy political and economic order.Teachers of Party members should gather and disseminate“positive energy”,infiltrate correct outlook on life,world outlook and values education in teaching,and promote students’development.Teachers should abandon“refined egoism”and set a good example for students to be a righteous person;recognize the complexity of the public opinion environment,carefully express their views on hot events;seize the opportunity of education on students,and correctly view the positive guidance.Grass-roots Party organizations should often carry out experiential activities,so that Party members and teachers can identify with the spirit of the Party and their own responsibilities,and then spontaneously gather and disseminate positive energy.
