尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验在早期肾功能损害诊断中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究尿微量蛋白与血清胱抑素C联合检验在早期肾功能损害诊断中的应用效果。方法将2016年10月—2018年10月期间在该院接受诊治的100例早期肾功能损害患者作为研究对象,并根据患者合并疾病种类将其分为A、B两组,另选取50名健康体检者作为C组。采用血清胱抑素C和尿微量蛋白联合检验对3组人员进行检查。结果在3组人员血清胱抑素C和尿微量蛋白水平方面,A(1.63±0.89)mg/L,(40.89±11.25)mg/L、B(2.71±1.09)mg/L,(46.74±12.84)mg/L两组患者的两项指标水平均高于C(0.86±0.13)mg/L,(9.75±3.32)mg/L组,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者两项指标水平均高于A组,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(t=7.45、5.89,P<0.05)。在3组人员血清胱抑素C和尿微量蛋白阳性率方面,A(76.00%,80.00%)、B(78.00%,82.00%)两组患者上述两项检验的阳性率均显著高于C组,数据经检验差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);A、B两组患者上述两项检验的阳性率差异无统计学意义(χ^2=0.89、0.76、1.12,P>0.05)。A(96.00%)、B(94.00%)两组患者联合检验的阳性率均高于单独检验阳性率。结论尿微量蛋白和血清胱抑素C联合检验在早期肾功能损害诊断中具有重要意义,可显著提高诊断准确率,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。 Objective To study the effect of combined detection of microalbuminuria and serum cystatin C in the diag-nosis of early renal impairment. Methods One hundred patients with early renal impairment who were treated in our hospital from October 2016 to October 2018 were enrolled in the study. The patients were divided into groups A and B according to the type of disease, and 50 patients were selected. The health examiner is the C group. Three groups of people were examined using a combination of serum cystatin C and microalbuminuria. Results In the three groups of patients with serum cystatin C and urine microprotein levels, A (1.63±0.89)mg/L,(40.89±11.25)mg/L, B(2.71±1.09)mg/L,(46.74±12.84)mg/L;The two indexes of the two groups were higher than C(0.86±0.13)mg/L,(9.75±3.32)mg/L, the data were statistically significant (P<0.05);All were higher than group A, and the data were statistically significant (t=7.45, 5.89, P<0.05). In the three groups of patients with serum cystatin C and urine microprotein positive rate, A(76.00%, 80.00%), B (78.00%, 82.00%) two groups of patients were positively higher than the C group. The data were statistical-ly significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the positive rates between the two groups in the A and B groups. The data did not have significant differences(χ^2 =0.89, 0.76, 1.12, P>0.05). The positive rate of combined test of A (96.00%) and B (94.00%) patients was higher than that of single test. Conclusion Combined detection of urinary mi-croprotein and serum cystatin C is of great significance in the diagnosis of early renal dysfunction, which can signifi-cantly improve the diagnostic accuracy and provide a reliable basis for clinical treatment.
