低频脉冲理疗仪联合红外线电磁波治疗器对2型糖尿病的辅助治疗效果分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的研究对于2型糖尿病患者实施低频脉冲理疗仪联合红外线电磁波治疗器进行治疗的疗效。方法选择在该院(2016年3月—2018年4月)接受治疗的2型糖尿病患者(100例)为研究对象并随机将这些患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。对对照组患者的各穴位进行针刺治疗,观察组是在对照组的基础上实施红外线电磁波治疗器联合低频脉冲理疗仪进行治疗。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.00%,显著高于对照组80.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.689,P=0.016);观察组疗程在1个月以内、1~2个月之间、2个月以上例数分别为23例(46.00%)、17例(34.00%)、10例(20.00%),均显著优于对照组对应数据5例(10.00%)、28例(56.00%)、17例(34.00%)(χ^2=6.332、9.982、7.063,P=0.033、0.031、0.027);观察组患者满意度评分治疗10 d后、1个月以后分别为(30.76±3.50)分、(49.75±2.53)分,均显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=12.175、12.164,P<0.05)。结论对于2型糖尿病患者实施低频脉冲理疗仪联合红外线电磁波治疗器进行治疗具有良好的的治疗效果,值得推广。 Objective To study the efficacy of low-frequency pulse therapy device combined with infrared electromag-netic wave therapy device in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods Patients with type 2 diabetes (100 patients) who were treated in the hospital (March 2016 to April 2018) were enrolled and randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). The patients in the control group were treated with acupuncture at each acupunc-ture point of the patient. The observation group was treated with an infrared electromagnetic wave therapy device com-bined with a low-frequency pulse physiotherapy instrument on the basis of the control group. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 98.00%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (80.00%). The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (χ^2 =9.689, P=0.016);the observation group was within one month and between one month and two months, and more than two months: 23 cases (46.00%), 17 cases (34.00%), and 10 cases (20.00%), which were significantly better than the corresponding data of the control group: 5 cases (10.00%), 28 cases(56.00%), and 17 cases(34.00%)(χ^2 =6.332, 9.982, 7.063, P=0.033, 0.031, 0.027);observation group patient satisfaction score after treatment for 10 d, one month, respectively:(30.76±3.50)points,(49.75±2.53)points, were significantly better than the control group,the difference was statistically significant (t=12.175, 12.164, P<0.05). Con-clusion The implementation of low-frequency pulse therapy device combined with infrared electromagnetic wave thera-py device for patients with type 2 diabetes has a good therapeutic effect and is worthy of promotion.
