可注射骨水泥型椎弓根螺钉对脊柱退变性疾病的疗效分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较可注射骨水泥椎弓根螺钉与传统椎弓根螺钉的脊柱内固定治疗效果的区别。方法该次研究从该院在2015年5月—2018年5年收治的脊柱退变性疾病患者中随机抽取出78例患者,将所有患者按照随机化方法分成两组,通过可注射水泥椎弓根螺钉治疗的患者为试验组(n=38),通过常规椎弓根螺钉治疗的为对照组(n=40),对照两组的基本情况,临床效果和影像学表现。结果平均随访期为18个月。试验组优良率为86.8%(33/38),对照组优良率为60.0%(24/40)。前者显着高于后者(χ^2=16.452 4,P=0.01)。随访1年,试验组融合率为84.2%(32/38),对照组为52.5%(21/40),前者显着高于后者(χ^2=15.438 7,P=0.003)。两组术后椎间隙高度丢失程度不同。试验组为(1.10±0.35)mm,对照组为(4.00±0.35)mm,但前者明显低于后者(P<0.004)。结论可注射水泥型椎弓根螺钉医治脊柱退变性疾病具有良好的医治效果。它可以有效地提高融合的融合速度,降低术后并发症的发生率。后路椎间融合术使用可注射骨水泥型的椎弓根螺钉治疗效果明显优于传统椎弓根螺钉,椎间融合术率得以促进,术后并发症发生率得以降低。 Objective To compare the therapeutic effects of injectable bone cement pedicle screws with conventional pedicle screws for spinal internal fixation. Methods In this study, randomly selected 78 patients from the degenerative diseases of the spine admitted to the hospital from May 2015 to May 2018, and divided them into two groups according to randomization methods. The patients treated with injectable cement pedicle screws were the experimental group (n= 38), and the patients treated with conventional pedicle screws were the control group (n=40). The basic conditions, clinical effects and imaging of the control group. which performed. Results The mean follow-up period was 18 months. The excellent and good rate of the test group was 86.8%(33/38), the excellent and good rate of the control group was 60.0%(24/40), The former was significantly higher than the latter (χ^2 =16.452 4,P=0.01). After 1 year of follow-up, the fusion rate of the experimental group was 84.2%(32/38), the control group was 52.5%(21/40). The former was significantly higher than the latter (χ^2 =15.438 7,P=0.003). The degree of postoperative intervertebral space height loss was different between the two groups. The experimental group was (1.10±0.35)mm, and the control group was (4.00± 0.35)mm, but the former was significantly lower than the latter (P<0.004). Conclusion Injectable cement-type pedicle screw can treat the degenerative diseases of the spine with good therapeutic effect. It can effectively improve the fusion speed of fusion and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications. Posterior interbody fusion is superior to traditional pedicle screws in the treatment of pedicle screws with injectable cement. The rate of intervertebral fusion is improved and the postoperative complication rate is reduced.
