分析他汀类联合心血管药物治疗心血管疾病的疗效

Analysis of the Efficacy of Statins Combined with Cardiovascular Drugs in the Treatment of Cardiovascular Disease

目的对他汀类联合心血管药物治疗心血管疾病的疗效进行探析。方法搜集2015年2月—2018年3月期间在该院就诊的106例心血管疾病作为重点对象,根据来院的接诊前后顺序分为对照组(心血管药物治疗)及治疗组(他汀类联合心血管药物治疗),每组均分为53例,观察与比较两组心血管患者治疗后的血脂各个指标情况以及临床疗效。结果治疗组TC为(4.11±0.51)mmol/L、TG为(1.31±0.16)mmol/L、HDL-C为(2.35±1.01)mmol/L、LDL-C为(2.80±1.20)mmol/L,均较对照组TC(4.53±0.58)mmol/L、TG(1.71±0.21)mmol/L、HDL-C(2.93±1.36)mmol/L、LDL-C(3.41±1.61)mmol/L,更为突出,差异有统计学意义(t=4.263、4.251、4.845、4.326,P<0.05);治疗组并发症总发生率及总有效率分别为3.77%、96.22%,均较优于对照组并发症发生率及总有效率22.64%、77.35%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=9.325、8.362,P<0.05)。结论应用他汀类联合心血管药物治疗心血管疾病的疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of statins combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases. Methods A total of 106 cases of cardiovascular disease in our hospital from February 2015 to March 2018 were collected. The patients were divided into the control group (cardiovascular drug treatment) and the treatment group (combined with cardiovascular drug treatment) according to the order of admission, each group was divided into 53 cases. The blood lipids and other clinical indicators after treatment were compared. Results TC was (4.11±0.51)mmol/L, TG was (1.31±0.16) mmol/L, HDL-C was (2.35±1.01) mmol/L, and LDL-C was (2.80±1.20)mmol/L, compared with the control group TC (4.53±0.58)mmol/L, TG (1.71±0.21)mmol/L, HDL-C (2.93±1.36)mmol/L, LDL-C (3.41±1.61)mmol/L, more prominent, the difference was statistically significant (t=4.263, 4.251, 4.845, 4.326, P<0.05);the total incidence and total effective rate of complications in the treatment group were 3.77% and 96.22%, respectively, which were better than the control group. The incidence of complications and total effective rate were 22.64% and 77.35%, and the difference was statistically significant (χ^2 =9.325, 8.362, P<0.05). Conclusion The efficacy of statins combined with cardiovascular drugs in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases is definite and worthy of clinical promotion.
