综合护理干预对精神分裂症患者服药依从性的影响

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention on Medication Compliance of Patients with Schizophrenia

目的分析精神分裂症患者行综合护理干预对其服药依从性的影响。方法随机将该院2017年10月—2018年9月收治的120例精神分裂症患者分为两组,将行常规护理干预的患者归为对照组(n=60),行综合护理干预的患者归为观察组(n=60),对比两组患者在入院时、45 d后的服药依从性情况,采用Morisky量表进行评价,同时采用ITAQ(自知力与治疗态度问卷)对两组患者的疾病认识情况、对治疗的态度进行调查。结果观察组干预45 d后Morisky量表评分为(1.22±1.28)分,低于对照组的(2.98±1.63)分,ITAQ评分为(12.95±5.48)分,高于对照组的(8.16±3.58)分,差异有统计学意义(t=8.999 8、5.668 3,P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症患者行综合护理干预利于提高其服药依从性与疾病认知力,可推广。

Objective To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the compliance of patients with schizophrenia. Methods A total of 120 patients with schizophrenia admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to September 2018 were randomly divided into two groups. Patients who underwent routine nursing intervention were assigned to the control group (n=60), patients who underwent comprehensive nursing intervention as the observation group (n=60), the medication compliance of the two groups of patients at admission and after 45 d was compared using the Morisky scale, and the ITAQ (self-knowledge and treatment attitude questionnaire) was used for the two groups of patients. Disease awareness and attitudes toward treatment were investigated. Results After 45 d of intervention, the Morisky scale score was (1.22±1.28)points, which was lower than that of the control group (2.98±1.63)points, and the ITAQ score was (12.95±5.48)points, which was higher than that of the control group (8.16±3.58)points. The difference was statistically significant (t=8.999 8, 5.668 3, P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with schizophrenia is beneficial to improve their medication compliance and disease cognition.
