摘要
以癸二酸二甲酯和1-丙氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇为原料,氢氧化锂为催化剂,四丁基溴化铵(TBAB)为相转移催化剂,正庚烷为携甲醇溶剂,采用通过分水器从反应体系中不断地分出甲醇的酯交换方法,制备了双(1-丙氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶-4-基)癸二酸酯,并通过红外光谱、核磁共振氢谱、核磁共振碳谱和质谱表征了其结构。结果表明其较佳工艺条件为n(氢氧化锂)∶n(TBAB)∶n(1-丙氧基-2,2,6,6-四甲基哌啶醇)∶n(癸二酸二甲酯)=1.82∶0.062∶2.20∶1,在回流状态下反应6h,粗产品通过m(甲醇)∶m(水)=1∶1的混合溶剂洗涤提纯。在以上条件下,产品的质量分数为95.88%,产率为89.18%。
Bis(1-propoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-4-yl)sebacate was synthesized through transesterification by using dimethyl sebacat and 1-propoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-4-ol as raw materials,LiOH as catalyst,tetrabutyl ammonium bromide as phase transfer catalyst, n -heptane as methanol-carrying solvent,and continuously separating methanol from the reaction system with a water separator,and its structure was characterized by IR, 1H NMR, 13 C NMR and MS.The results revealed that its optimal conditions were as follows: n (LiOH)∶ n (TBAB)∶ n (1-propoxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine-ol)∶ n (dimethyl sebacate)=1.82∶0.062∶2.20∶1,the transesterification time being 6 h at the reflux temperature,and the crude product was purified by washing with the mixed solvent of 1∶1 of m (methanol)∶ m (water).Under these conditions,the weight fraction of the product was 95.88 %,the yield was 89.18%.
