摘要
通过微波提取法提取了砂珍棘豆中的查耳酮类化合物。以查耳酮的提取率作为评价指标,控制不同溶剂、微波温度、时间、功率、溶剂体积分数、料液比和提取次数,获得查尔酮类化合物的最佳提取工艺,并通过响应面实验优化提取查尔酮类化合物的最佳工艺。通过响应面实验得出最佳提取工艺为微波温度40℃,微波时间2min,φ(乙醇)=60.5%、微波功率300W、料液比1∶9.5g/mL,提取次数3次,查尔酮的提取率为7.482mg/g。
Chalcone compounds were extracted from Oxytropis racemosa Turcz by microwave extraction.Using the extraction rate of chalcone as the evaluation index,we obtained the best extraction process of chalcone compounds by controlling different kinds of solvents,microwave temperature,time,power,solvent volume fraction,solid-liquid ratio and extraction times,then the extraction process was optimized by response surface test.The result showed that when the microwave temperature was 40 ℃,the microwave time was 2 min,the volume fraction of ethanol was 60.5%,the microwave power was 300 W,the solid-liquid ratio was 1∶9.5 g/mL and the extraction times was 3,the extraction rate of chalcone can be up to 7.482 mg/g.
