基于ANSYS的滚珠丝杠副有限元分析

摘要 对滚珠丝杠副的力学特性进行探究,首先通过建模软件画出滚珠丝杠副的图形,在ANSYS Workbench软件中对滚珠丝杠副进行网格划分等建模工作,而后通过软件计算,得到应力及形变云图,根据云图的内容分析滚珠丝杠副的应力与形变,之后运用Workbench中的Design Exploration模块对其进行优化设计,优化后得到的最大应力及应变都明显降低。文中仿真所得到的结果对其结构的设计、性能优化等方面提供可以参考的依据。 The mechanical properties of the ball screw pair are explored.Firstly,the modeling of the ball screw pair is drawn by the modeling software,and the modeling of the ball screw pair is performed in the ANSYS Workbench software.Through software calculation,stress and deformation nephogram are obtained.The stress and deformation of the ball screw pair are analyzed according to nephogram.Then,the Design Exploration module in Workbench is used to optimize the design,and the maximum stress and strain obtained after optimization are significantly reduced.The results obtained by the simulation provide reference for its structural design and performance optimization.
