摘要
以一种新型跨越装备液压起竖系统使用的平衡阀为研究对象,分析了螺纹插装式平衡阀的工作原理,针对起竖油缸工作时负载重心越过旋转中心的情况,通过建立其静力学方程并构建基于AMESim的平衡回路仿真模型,对液压起竖系统工作过程进行仿真,研究了平衡阀参数的变化对平衡回路动态性能的影响。验证了平衡回路的稳定性,为平衡阀的优化提供了理论依据。
Taking hydraulic erection system of a new crossing equipment as the research object,the working principle of screw-in cartridge counterbalance valve is analyzed.Aiming at the situation that the gravity center of load crosses the rotating center when the cylinder is working,this paper establishes its static equation and builds AMESI simulation model of balance circuit with screw-in cartridge counterbalance valve.The working process of erecting system is simulated,and the influence of changing counterbalance valve’s parameters on the dynamic performance of balance circuit is studied.The validity of the balance circuit is verified,and the theoretical basis for the optimal design of the balance valve is provided.
