摘要
针对国产加工中心在使用过程中精度保持性低的问题,以某台高精密五轴加工中心为研究对象,通过对其进行加载试验,模拟其实际加工过程中的承载状态。对比加载试验前后的定位精度,分析定位精度下降的潜在原因,根据原因提出针对性的解决方案,并反馈给生产厂家,对于提高产品质量有一定的参考价值。
Aiming at the problem of low precision maintenance of domestic machining centers during use,a high-precision five-axis machining center is taken as the research object,and the loading test is carried out to simulate the bearing state in the actual machining process.Comparing the positioning accuracy before and after loading test,this paper analyzes the potential reasons for the decrease of positioning accuracy,proposes a targeted solution according to the reasons,and feeds back to the manufacturer,which has certain reference value for improving product quality.
