摘要
风电产业中直驱电动机用三排圆柱滚子轴承是主轴承的类型之一,风力发电机组定型时要求对风电轴承进行型式试验。文中设计了一种直驱电动机用三排圆柱滚子轴承试验机,在试验条件下测量轴承的进出口润滑油压力值、温度值、内外圈相对位移值、振动值、启动转矩值等数据,进而分析三排圆柱滚子轴承的承载能力与使用寿命。并对试验机主要技术参数、机械结构设计及液压系统设计进行了详细介绍。
Three-row cylindrical roller bearings for direct drive motors in the wind power industry are one of the main bearing types.Wind turbine generators require type testing of wind power bearings when they are finalized.In this paper,a three-row cylindrical roller bearing test machine for direct drive motor is designed.Under the test conditions,the bearing inlet and outlet lubricating oil pressure value,temperature value,internal and external ring relative displacement value,vibration value and starting torque value are measured.The bearing capacity and service life of the three-row cylindrical roller bearing are analyzed.The main technical parameters,mechanical structure design and hydraulic system design of the testing machine are introduced.
