摘要
通过高温熔体流出槽使用寿命短的原因分析,查找流出槽在结构与制造工艺上的缺陷。在流出槽夹套设计冷却水导流板、增大冷却水进口的管径等结构创新设计,用熔模铸造成型大构件、调整铸件材料、增加去应力退火等制造工艺改造,消除了流出槽在设计上严重缺陷。
The reason for the short service life of high temperature melt spout is analyzed,and the structure and manufacturing process defects of spout are found.The cooling water deflector is designed on the spout jacket and the diameter of the cooling water inlet is increased.It is modified by investment casting molding,adjusting casting materials,and adding stress relief annealing to eliminate serious defects in spout design.
