摘要
通过理论计算与模拟分析及生产实践,对城轨车辆底架运输车的结构进行优化设计,使之能够满足单次运输两个底架,且不需进行调整便可适用于不同规格底架的运输,同时保证满足后续工序作业的需求,提高生产线的产能及产品质量,节约成本,为公司的底架油漆喷涂等生产提供有力保障。
Through the theoretical calculation,simulation analysis and production practice,the transportation vehicle structure of the urban rail vehicle underframe is optimized,so that it can transport two underframes at a time,and can be applied to the transportation of different specifications underframe without adjustment.It guarantees the needs of subsequent process operations,improves the production capacity and product quality of the production line,saves costs,and provides a strong guarantee for the company's underframe paint spraying and other production.
