摘要
以ZY9000/22/45D型掩护式液压支架掩护梁为研究对象,用SolidWorks建模,利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench针对掩护梁在具体工况下的分析,得出应力云图与位移云图,找到其应力应变的规律。对受力不大的掩护梁进行尺寸优化,使支架的结构更加合理。对优化后的结构进行工况分析,验证了改进之后的液压支架整体及部件所受的应力相比于之前有所改善,证明改进方法可行,提高了安全性。
This paper takes ZY9000/22/45D type shielded hydraulic support shield beam as the research object,uses SolidWorks to build the model,and uses the finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to analyze the shield beam under specific working conditions.Stress nephogram and displacement nephogram are obtained,and the law of stress and strain is found.The size of the shield beam with small force is optimized to make the structure of the bracket more reasonable.The analysis of the working condition of the optimized structure verifies that the improved hydraulic support and the stress on the components are improved,which proves that the improved method is feasible and the safety is improved.
