摘要 分别对运载火箭先导式安全阀的指挥阀和主阀的颤振现象进行分析,结合产品结构和工作条件,对指挥阀主弹簧和主阀活塞杆导向结构提出改进措施,并开展试验验证。结果表明,改进后的指挥阀主弹簧,提高了刚度,能够有效降低惯性力的影响,改善指挥阀颤振;活塞杆上增加一道O形圈可以优化导向结构,保证活塞杆行程不发生偏离。 The flutter of pilot valve and main valve in pilot-operated safety valve of launch vehicle is analyzed.According to the structure and working conditions,the improvement measures of the main spring and piston rod guide structure are put forward,and the test is carried out to verify the improvement.The results show that the improved main spring of pilot valve can decrease the impact of inertia force effectively and improve the pilot valve flutter.Meanwhile,adding an O-ring on the piston rod can optimize the guide structure and ensure that the piston rod stroke does not deviate.
