摘要
加工液压支架中缸筒和导向套之间的矩形螺纹时,会在螺纹前端及后端出现尖角毛刺。编写去螺纹前端及后端毛刺的数控宏程序,在数控机床上直接去除了螺纹尖角毛刺,减轻了劳动强度,提高了螺纹加工质量和加工效率。
When processing the rectangular thread between the cylinder barrel and the guide sleeve in the hydraulic support,sharp burrs will appear at the front and rear ends of the thread.This paper writes the NC macro program for the threaded front end and the back end burr,and directly removes the thread sharp burr on the CNC machine tool,which reduces the labor intensity and improves the thread processing quality and processing efficiency.
