摘要
随着城市化进程的加快,余泥渣土产量日益增加,传统的填埋方式已不再适用。利用余泥渣土处理设备对余泥渣土进行泥砂水洗分离,分离后的大块碎石可进入破碎线进行破碎,分离后的砂可继续用作细骨料使用,使得分离后的砂石回用于建筑市场,将洗剩沉淀后的泥浆通过压滤脱水形成泥饼,可直接用于路基垫层、改良土回填或制备烧结砖。将泥砂分离后的成品砂进行检测,结果表明,砂的颗粒级配为二区中砂,含泥量2.8%,基本符合建设用砂的规范要求。因此,利用余泥渣土处理设备既解决了余泥渣土处理的难题,又缓解了资源短缺问题,与我国可持续发展战略相吻合。
With the acceleration of urbanization, the increasing yield of residual sludge results in the consequence that the traditional method of landfill is no longer applicable. Herein, the residual sludge is separated by mud and sand washing with the equipment.Furthermore, the large pieces of rubble can be made into the crushing line for crushing, and the separated sand can continue to be used as fine aggregates;The separated sand and gravel was uesdin the construction market;Mud cake is formed by pressing and dewatering the residual mud after washing and settling, which can be directly used for roadbed mats, backfilling, and preparation of sintered bricks.The sand fromthe separation is tested, which show the grain was medium sizein the second zonewith a silt content of 2.8%.It basically meets the standard requirements of construction sand.Therefore, the method not only solves the problem of residual sludge and residue treatment, but also alleviates the problem of resource shortage, which is consistent with China's sustainable development strategy.
