摘要
桥梁T梁更换过程中,单独更换中梁时,边梁失去约束受力不均匀极易失去稳定性,直接影响梁板吊装现场施工安全。基于力学平衡理论,研究分析了3种边梁临时加固措施的适用性,利用有限元力学建模与仿真程序构建有关加固措施的力学模型,分析与评价其加固效果。该方法确保了t梁吊装的平稳有序,对类似T梁更换施工具有一定的参考意义。
During the replacement process of the bridge T beam, when the middle beam is replaced separately, the side beam loses its constraint and the force is uneven, and it is easy to lose stability, which directly affects the construction safety of the beam and slab lifting site.Based on the theory of mechanical balance, the applicability of three temporary reinforcement measures for side beams is studied and analyzed. The mechanical models of reinforcement measures areconstructed by using finite element mechanics modeling and simulation program, and the reinforcement effect is analyzed and evaluated.The methods ensure the smooth and orderedlifting of the T-beam, and havecertain reference significance for the similar T-beam replacement construction.
