摘要
针对辽东湾新区预制箱涵由卧式生产改为立式生产后,及原设计中存在若干问题,如吊环改为吊孔,承插口相对位置,遇水膨胀胶圈断面改进,手孔加长,标准型模具生产非标准型箱涵等问题,采取对应技术措施,取得了安全、合理、经济效果。经生产安装后证明这些措施是完全正确有效,可在类事的工程中推广应用。
In view of the prefabricated box culvert in Liaodong Bay New Area has been changed from horizontal production to vertical production and the problems existing in the original design,such as the change of suspension ring to suspension hole,the relative position of socket ,the improvement of water expansion rubber ring section,the lengthening of handing hole and the production of non-standard box culvert in standard mould,the corresponding technical measures are adopted,and the safety,rationality and econcmic results are achieved.After production and installation,it is proved that these measures are completely correct and effective,and can be popularized and applied in similar projects.
