火焰原子吸收法测定蜂蜜中六种微量元素的含量 被引量:1

Determination of Six Trace Elements in Honey by Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry

摘要 选用4种常见的市售蜂蜜,采用原子吸收分光光度法测定其钙、镁、铜、铁、锌、锰6种微量元素的含量(mg/kg)。实验结果表明,4种蜂蜜当中微量元素含量丰富,其中钙元素含量34.2~54.60mg/kg,镁元素含量在9.54~10.72mg/kg,铜元素含量1.28~7.22mg/kg,铁元素含量23.86~51.39mg/kg,锌元素含量1.56~2.73mg/kg,锰元素含量2.63~3.07mg/kg。此法回收率96.4%~103.8%,标准偏差0.06%~0.63%。 Six kinds micro-elements(Ca, Mg, Cu, Fe, Zn, Mn) in four common commercial honey were determined by atomic absorption spectrophotometry. The Experimental results show that the four kinds of honey are rich in trace elements, including calcium content of 34.2-54.60 mg/kg, magnesium content of 9.54-10.72 mg/kg, copper content of 1.28-7.22 mg/kg, iron content. At 23.86-51.39 mg/kg, the zinc content is 1.56-2.73 mg/kg, and the manganese content is 2.63-3.07 mg/kg. The recovery rate of this method is 96.4%-103.8%, and the standard deviation is 0.06%-0.63%.
