摘要
制备了管材专用结晶改善型无规共聚聚丙烯(PP-RCT)3120,采用核磁共振碳谱、广角X射线衍射图谱、凝胶渗透色谱、偏光显微镜等研究了管材专用PP-RCT3120的性能,并与同类进口产品进行对比。结果表明:3120的分子结构与同类进口产品相当,特殊的β晶型结构赋予了其优异的力学性能、热性能、抗蠕变性能,是新一代冷热水管材专用聚丙烯。
Polypropylene random copolymer(PP-RCT) tube specialty 3120 was prepared,whose properties were characterized by nuclear magnetic resonance spectrometer,wide angle X-ray diffractometer, gel permeation chromatograph and polarized light microscope and compared with imported products.The results show that the molecular structure of 3120 is equivalent to the imported products.The special β crystalline structure contributes to the excellent mechanical properties,thermal properties and creep resistance of the material which is the new generation of PP tube specialty used for hot and cold water.
