摘要
从切粒系统、粉料夹带三乙基铝、粉料夹带氮气、粉料带水等方面分析了聚丙烯挤压机出现粘连料的原因。通过排查,确定了产生粘连料的主要原因是挤压机第三节筒体漏入冷却水致粉料带水。采取改进第三节筒体冷却水控制方案、增加筒体夹套冷却水、增加单独循环冷却水罐、第三节筒体及其对应螺杆套升级为堆焊合金等一系列措施后,切粒恢复正常,挤压机可平稳长周期运行。
The causes of adhesion formation in polypropylene extruder were analyzed,which involve the granulation system,the powder entrained with triethyl aluminum,nitrogen,and water.It is determined that the leakage of cooling water in the third cylinder of the extruder bringing water to the powder contribute most to the formation of adhesive material.The granulation returned to normal after a series of solutions were taken such as modifying the cooling water control scheme of the third cylinder body,adding the cooling water in the jacket of cylinder body,installing the single circulating cooling water tank,replacing the third cylinder body and its corresponding screw sleeve to surfacing alloy.The extruder runs smoothly for a long period.
