摘要
讨论了影响聚乙烯装置产率的两个因素:二次压缩机打气量和乙烯转化率。通过计算、分析得出二次压缩机、反应器的最佳操作条件,并在此基础上进一步分析提高聚乙烯产率的途径。结果表明:降低二次压缩机入口温度、提高二次压缩机入口压力,可增大压缩机的打气量;降低高压分离器操作压力、温度、液位,提高了高压分离器的分离效果,减少了高压循环系统的结垢;优化高压循环系统换热器除垢操作程序和深度,提高换热器效率,延长了有效生产时间。
Two factors affecting the yield of polyethylene plant are discussed,which include volume of the secondary compressor and conversion rate of ethylene.The optimal operating conditions of the secondary compressor and reactor were obtained by calculating and analyzing,and based on which to find out how to improve the yield of polyethylene.The results show that the compressor's pump capacity is improved by lowering the inlet temperature and increasing the inlet pressure of the secondary compressor.The separation effect of high pressure separator is better and the scale of high pressure circulatory system is reduced by lowering the operating pressure,operating temperature and liquid level of the high pressure separator.The operation procedure of heat exchanger in high pressure circulation system is optimized to improve heat exchanger efficiency,prolonging the effective production time.
