摘要
分析了某Unipol工艺聚乙烯装置从线型低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)DFDA-7042转产LLDPEDFDA-7047时反应器和挤压造粒机的工况变化、出现的故障和生产难点,并对DFDA-7047的结构、性能和应用进行了评价。结果表明:在切换过程中,反应器上部流化松密度和床重增加,催化剂活性从29kg/g增至34kg/g,挤压造粒机的能耗和操作难度增加,产品熔体流动速率0.96~1.10g/10min,密度0.919g/cm^3,拉伸断裂应力大于19.0MPa,重均分子量12.5×10^4,相对分子质量分布3.8,熔融温度124.24℃,结晶温度100.12℃,可以满足下游客户对棚膜的吹膜加工要求。
The operating conditions,faults and production difficulties in the reactor and extruder at a Unipol polyethylene plant were analyzed when it was transferred from producing linear low density polyethylene DFDA-7042 to DFDA-7047.The structure,properties and application of the product were evaluated.The results show that the fluidized bed density and bed weight of the reactor increase during the transition process,the catalyst activity is increased from 29 kg/g to 34 kg/g,aggregating the energy consumption and operation difficulty of the extruder.The melting flow rate of the product is 0.96-1.10 g/10 min,the density of 0.919 g/cm^3,the tensile fracture stress of more than 19.0 MPa,the weight average relative molecular mass of 12.5×10^4,the relative molecular mass distribution of 3.8,the melting temperature of 124.24 ℃ and the crystallization temperature of 100.12 ℃,which meet the requirements of downstream users for greenhouse film.
