摘要
以低品位钼精矿为研究对象,采用酸性加压氧化工艺,考察了温度、反应时间、氧分压、初始酸度和液固比等因素对钼精矿加压氧化效果的影响。结果表明:在反应温度180℃、氧分压600kPa、反应时间3h、液固比6的条件下,钼转化率为99.43%,铜、硫浸出率分别为99.70%和97.53%。
Pressure oxidation for low-grade molybdenum concentrate was studied.Effects of temperature,reaction time,oxygen partial pressure,initial acidity and L/S on pressure oxidation were investigated.The results show that 99.43% above of molybdenum is oxidized and leaching rate of Cu and S is 99.7% and 97.53% respectively under the optimum conditions including temperature of 180 ℃,oxygen partial pressure of 600 kPa,reaction time of 3 h and L/S=6.
