月经前后诸证是生育年龄女性特有的一种以伴随月经周期出现的情志异常为主的疾病。既归属于妇科病,又与心身疾病有密切关系。结合有关文献分析认为,该病病因病机错综复杂,宜采用辨证论治方法从肝论治。刚柔辨证学说是人体阴阳辨证的重要组成部分,可运用于临床多种病证的治疗;将其用于月经前后诸证的治疗,可提高临床疗效。

The various pre-and post-menstrual syndromes are a special disease of women of childbearing age,which is characterized by abnormal emotions accompanied by menstrual cycle.This disease belonging to gynecology is closely related with psychosomatic diseases.Combined with analysis of relevant literatures,we consider that the etiology and pathogenesis of this disease are intricate,should be treated by syndrome differentiation based on liver.The theory of rigid-gentle syndrome differentiation is established according to the characteristics of opposition and unity between yin and yang in human body,and can be applied to the treatment of various clinical diseases and syndromes.To apply rigid-gentle syndrome differentiation to the treatment of various pre-and post-menstrual syndromes can improve clinical efficacy.
