The peak season of demand has arrived in the forth quarter, when printing and writing paper supply is tightened while market demand exceeded expectations. Inventory in paper mills, channels and terminals is insufficient and cannot be replenished in large quantities. Moreover, slow release of new capacity has not yet offset market demand growth. So the market is expected to remain tight in the fourth quarter, and the price of printing and writing paper will continue to rise.
