多巴胺改性二氧化钛乳化AKD制备Pickering乳液的性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 本研究以多巴胺对固体颗粒二氧化钛进行改性,制备出具有合适结构的改性产物替代AKD的乳化剂,用以制备出AKDPickering乳液。结果表明:当改性温度为25℃、改性时间12h、多巴胺与二氧化钛的质量比为1.5∶1,反应的pH为8.5时,改性得到的二氧化钛具有较好的乳化效果,用其乳化AKD,乳液施胶效果较好,Cobb值达到23.4g/m^2,乳液较为稳定。 In this paper,dopamine was used to modify titanium dioxide to prepare a kind of modified product,which can be the substitute of AKD emulsifier in AKD Pickering emulsion preparation.The results showed that the modified optimal conditions are as follows:reaction temperature around 25℃,reaction time 12h,the ratio of dopamine to titanium dioxide being 1.5 to 1,and the pH value of 8.5.Under these conditions,the modified products have good emulsifying effect with Cobb value reaching 23.4g/m^2.
