微波消解-电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定食品包装纸中铅含量的探讨 被引量:3

摘要 食品包装纸在加工、印刷过程中,容易受到铅元素污染,如果不能有效控制,会对消费者的健康造成危害。本文通过实验对食品包装纸中铅的定量检测,建立了以硝酸、过氧化氢、氢氟酸为消解体系,电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICPMS)测定食品包装纸中铅元素含量的检测方法。结果表明:铅浓度在0~50μg/l范围内:r≥0.9994,相对标准偏差值(RSD)为0.65%~1.17%,加标回收率为98.2%~99.8%,具有样品前处理良好、操作步骤简单、精密度(准确度)好等优点。 Food wrapping paper is vulnerable to lead pollution in processing and printing.If it is not properly controlled,it will be harmful to consumers’health.In this project,a method for the determination of lead in food wrapping paper by ICP-MS method with nitric acid,hydrogen peroxide and hydrofluoric acid as digestion system was established.The results showed that the lead concentration ranged from 0μg/l to 50μg/l:r≥0.9994,relative standard deviation(RSD)is 0.65%~1.17%,and the recovery rate is 98.2%~99.8%.It had the advantages of better sample pretreatment,simple operation procedure,high precision(accuracy),etc.
