旧洗浆机更新改造实践

A practice to upgrading and rebuilding application of old pulp washers

针对北美造纸企业旧式洗浆机存在的问题,提出几种定制化的更新换代方式:更换整台洗浆机、更换关键部件转鼓及分配阀、旧转鼓维修等,以实现提质降耗,并介绍了典型应用案例。

In order to deal with existing problems occurred in old pulp washers of North American pulp mills,this paper offered some customized upgrading methods,including replacing and repairing old drums and distributed valves,so as to improve product quality and reduce energy consumption.And some representative cases were briefly introduced.
