转盘轴承套圈材料及热加工的改进

摘要 从原材料冶炼过程控制,轴承套圈锻造过程控制,中频感应淬火控制等方面论述了转盘轴承套圈的现状及存在的问题。并通过调整套圈原材料的化学成分,控制非金属夹杂物,优化锻造工艺及预先热处理,加严锻后粗车件探伤,对中频感应淬火中感应器进行改进,提高热处理操作人员的技术水平,引进国外高端淬硬层检测仪器,采用新型感应淬火技术等一系列措施,降低转盘轴承生产成本,延长使用寿命。 The current situation and existing problems of slewing bearing rings are discussed from control of smelting process for materials, control of forging process for bearing rings and control of medium frequency induction hardening. The production cost of slewing bearings is reduced and the service life is prolonged by adjusting chemical compositions of materials for rings and controlling non-metallic inclusions, optimizing forging process and pre-heat treatment, tightening flaw detection after rough turning of parts after forging, improving inductor for medium frequency induction hardening, improving technical level of heat treatment operators, introducing foreign high-end detecting instrument for hardened layer, adopting new induction hardening technology.
