摘要
介绍了球笼式等速万向节星形套沟道剥落的形成机理,在此基础上分析了导致沟道剥落的因素,如沟道几何精度、表面粗糙度、润滑、材料及热处理,并提出了相应的改进措施,改进后的球笼式等速万向节应用良好,满足使用要求。
The formation mechanism of fatigue saplling of rzeppa constant velocity universal joint is introduced. Based on this, the reasons for spalling of raceway are analyzed as geometric accuracy of raceway, surface roughness, lubrication, material and heat treatment. According to reasons, the corresponding improvement measures are proposed. The improved rzeppa constant velocity universal joint is applied well and meets usage requirements.
