摘要
针对一种永磁轴承作为中介轴承,电磁轴承支承外转子的双转子系统,利用ANSYS分析了永磁中介轴承支承刚度一定时,系统模态随电磁轴承支承刚度的变化规律及其不平衡响应特性。结果表明:外转子激发或内、外转子混合激发的模态下,内、外转子的不平衡振动均可控;内转子激发的刚性模态下,外转子的不平衡振动可控,内转子的不平衡振动不可控;内转子激发的柔性模态下,内、外转子的不平衡振动均不可控。研究为同类双转子的变刚度控制提供依据。
For the dual-rotor system, in which the magnetic bearings are regarded as inter-shaft bearings and the outer rotor is supported by active magnetic bearings, ANSYS is used to analyze change rule of system modal with supporting stiffness of active magnetic bearings and its unbalance response characteristics under certain supporting stiffness of magnetic inter-shaft bearings. The results show that the unbalance vibration of inner and outer rotor is controllable at the modal excited by outer rotor or inner rotor with outer rotor, the unbalanced vibration of outer rotor is also controllable and the unbalanced vibration of inner rotor is uncontrollable at the rigid modal excited by inner rotor, and the unbalance vibration of inner and outer rotor is also uncontrollable at the flexible modal excited by inner rotor. The study provides basis for variable stiffness control of same dual-rotor structure.
