揿针联合滴眼液治疗视频显示终端视疲劳疗效观察

Therapeutic Observation of Intradermal Needle plus Eye Drops for Video Display Terminal Visual Fatigue

目的观察揿针联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗视频显示终端视疲劳(VDT视疲劳)的临床疗效。方法将100例VDT视疲劳患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。对照组采取七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上联合揿针治疗,攒竹穴与太阳穴交替贴埋。两组疗程均为10d。对治疗前后的视疲劳症状和体征进行评分和统计分析。结果治疗组治疗前后症状积分分别为(15.08±4.83)分、(5.84±4.01)分,对照组分别为(14.22±4.16)分、(9.82±5.53)分,两组治疗后积分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总有效率为94.0%,对照组为54.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论揿针联合七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液治疗VDT视疲劳疗效明确,可明显改善临床症状和体征,明显优于单纯七叶洋地黄双苷滴眼液。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of intradermal needle plus Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops in treating video display terminal (VDT) visual fatigue. Method One hundred VDT visual fatigue patients were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was intervened by Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops, and the treatment group was additionally given intradermal needle, with Cuanzhu (BL2) and Taiyang (EX-HN5) used alternately. The treatment course was 10 d in both groups. The visual fatigue symptoms and signs were scored and statistically analyzed. Result The symptom score was (15.08±4.83) before intervention and (5.84±4.01) after intervention in the treatment group, versus (14.22±4.16) and (9.82±5.53) in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant after treatment (P<0.05). The total effective rate was 94.0% in the treatment group versus 54.0% in the control group, and the between-group difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Intradermal needle plus Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops can produce valid efficacy in treating VDT visual fatigue. It can significantly improve the symptoms and signs of the patients, and its efficacy is superior to that of sole use of Esculin and digitalisglycosides eye drops.
