论意识形态安全视域下高校青年教师的革命精神认同——基于武汉高校博士后教师群体的调研分析

Identification of Revolutionary Spirit of Young Teachers within the Scope of Ideological Security: Analysis on the Post-doctoral Groups in the Universities of Wuhan City

意识形态安全是关系国家文化安全和政治安全的重要内容。一国意识形态为该国文化发展指明方向,文化则为意识形态建设奠定坚实根基。基于对武汉高校博士后群体关于“革命精神认同”现状的调研分析,认为高校青年教师革命精神认同是维护国家文化安全、传承和弘扬民族精神、抵制历史虚无主义错误思潮和增强马克思主义意识形态在新媒体领域领导力的迫切需要,总结了高校青年教师革命精神认同的主要内容,并提出了提升高校青年教师的革命精神认同的路径,即加强新媒体时代革命精神的传播和监管、创新高校弘扬革命精神的机制和平台、挖掘红色文化资源以建构革命精神的集体记忆。

Ideological security is an important part of national cultural security and political security.A country’s ideology points out the direction for its cultural development, while culture lays a solid foundation for its ideological construction.Based on the investigation and analysis of the status of “identification of revolutionary spirit” of post-doctoral groups in the universities of Wuhan city, this paper shows that the revolutionary spirit identification of young university teachers is to safeguard national cultural security,inherit and carry forward national spirit,resist wrong trend of thought in the historical nihilism and enhance the leadership of Marxist ideology in the field of new media.This paper further summarizes the main contents of the revolutionary spirit identification of young university teachers,and put forward the ways to enhance the revolutionary spirit identification of young university teachers,which is to strengthen the dissemination and supervision of revolutionary spirit in the new media era,to innovate the mechanism and platform of promoting revolutionary spirit in colleges and universities,and to excavate red cultural resources to construct revolutionary spirit of the collective memory.
