河南省突发事件紧急医学救援工作的几点思考——以南阳某钢厂突发爆炸事故为例

Thoughts on emergency medical rescue of emergency events in Henan province:Taking a sudden explosion accident of a steel plant in Nanyang as an example

突发事件可能造成严重社会危害,本文以南阳某钢厂爆炸事故紧急医学救援为例,对南阳某钢厂突发爆炸事故院前急救、转运、信息报告、院内救治过程进行总结,探讨河南省突发事件紧急医学救援工作主要面临的问题,并提出建议。研究发现发生重大突发事件后相关部门有效组织、陆空联合转运、及时准确报告事件信息、多院及多学科综合诊疗模式能极大地降低突发事件造成的严重后果,提升紧急医学救援能力。

Bombshell may cause serious social harm. This paper summarized the pre-hospital emergency treatment, transfer, information report and treatment process of an explosion accident of a steel mill in Nanyang and explored the main problems faced by emergency medical rescue work in Henan province, and put forward some suggestions. The study found that the effective organization of relevant departments, transport combined by land and air, accurate reporting of event information timely, and comprehensive diagnosis and treatment by multi-hospital and multi-disciplinary after emergency occurence could greatly reduce the serious consequences and improve emergency medical rescue capacity.
