间氯苯甲酰氯的合成工艺优化

摘要 以苯甲酰氯为主原料,铁粉为催化剂,三甲基铵三氧化硫复合物为助催化剂,在一定温度下通入氯气进行反应生成主产物,研究了催化剂、反应温度、反应时间、通入氯气量对产物的影响.气相跟踪发现,通过对反应条件的优化,当目标产物的含量达到质量分数50%左右时,即需停止通入氯气,然后减压回收原料和主产物,主产物的选择性在90%左右. In this paper, benzoyl chloride is used as the main raw material, iron powder is used as the catalyst, and trimethylammonium trisulfide copolymer is used as the co catalyst. Chlorine gas is passed at a certain temperature to form the main product. At the same time, the effects of catalyst, reaction temperature, reaction time and chlorine volume on the product are studied. It is found by gas phase tracking that by optimizing the reaction conditions, the target product content is about 50%, and it is necessary to stop the chlorine gas and recover the raw materials and main products under reduced pressure. The selectivity of the main product is about 90%.
