Influence of Al3+ and Co2+ substitution on the microstructure and magnetic properties of NiCuZn ferrite material

摘要 采用固相法制备NiCuZn功率铁氧体材料,研究了Al^3+、Co^2+取代对材料微结构和性能的影响。结果表明,当在NiCuZn材料配方里加入Bi2O3,同时用Al2O3取代部分Fe2O3和Co2O3取代部分NiO,随着Al^3+离子含量的增加,材料的饱和磁感应强度Bs和起始磁导率都表现出下降趋势,而磁损耗降低不明显。Co^2+离子能够有效降低NiCuZn铁氧体的磁损耗。随着Co^2+取代量的增加,磁导率下降,截止频率向高频移动,磁损耗也明显下降。 NiCuZn power ferrite materials were prepared by solid state reaction method, and the effect of Al^3+ and Co^2+ substitution on the microstructure and properties of the materials was studied. When adding Bi2O3 to the NiCuZn material formula and replacing Fe2O3 with Al2O3 and Co2O3, with the increase of Al^3+ content, the saturation magnetic induction intensity and the initial permeability of the sample decrease, but the magnetic loss decreases unobviously. Co^2+ can effectively reduce the magnetic loss of NiCuZn ferrite. With the increase of the amount of Co^2+, the permeability decreases, the cut-off frequency moves to higher frequency, and the magnetic loss is obviously decreased.
