摘要
建立石英瓶燃烧-离子色谱法测试防水防油剂中氟含量的方法。通过石英瓶燃烧法将防水防油剂中有机形态的氟转化成无机形态的氟,再通过离子色谱外标法定量分析吸收液中的氟含量。该方法测得氟的精密度为1.36%,检出限为5.7μg/L,回收率在97.85%~99.71%之间。标准物质4-氟苯甲酸中氟的理论值与实际测试值一致,说明本方法选择性好,简单易行,准确可靠。
The analysis method of fluorine in water and oil repellent agents by oxygen flask combustion-ion chromatography was established. The fluorine element could be converted from organic form to inorganic form by quartz flask combustion. After the combustion, the fluorine content in the absorption liquid could be quantitatively analyzed according to the ion chromatography external standard method. The relative standard deviation, detection limit and the recovery rate obtained from this method were 1.36 %, 5.7 μg/L and 97.85%~99.71%, respectively. Moreover, the experimental value of fluorine content in standard substance 4-fluorobenzoic acid was consistent with the certified value. It is indicated that this method is selective, simple and easy, accurate and reliable.
