摘要
采用S7-300PLC作为换热器温度控制的主控单元,利用前馈-串级的控制方法建立数学模型,通过PLC的模拟量、数字量输入输出模块,实现换热器物料液出口温度控制系统设计。系统利用STEP7软件提供的FB100功能块搭建仿真模型,根据被控对象工艺要求及执行机构实际工作特性编制仿真程序,并在上位机显示仿真结果,证明控制效果较好。
S7-300 PLC is used as the main control unit for heat exchanger temperature control. The feedforward-cascade control method is used to establish the mathematical model. The temperature control system design of the heat exchanger is realized by the analog and digital input and output module of PLC. FB100 function modules provided by STEP7 is applied to build up the simulation model. The simulation programs are customized according to the process requirements and the actual operating characteristics of the actuator within the controlled object. The simulation results are displayed on the host computer, and it achieves the better control.
