摘要 建立了基于LabVIEW平台上的取暖散热器及室内外的温度监测系统。采用3个温度传感器同时监测散热器表面、室内和室外的温度,利用NIUSB接口数据采集卡电压采集端对热敏电阻两端的电压信号进行多通道采集,间接实现对温度信号的采集,并在计算机上进行数据的显示与存储。结果表明:该系统具有测量精确、使用方便、兼容性强等特点,实现了对取暖散热器及室内外温度的实时监测及温度合理性的判断分析,为用户和供热管理决策提供了数据支持。 A monitoring system based on the heating radiator and indoor and outdoor temperature on the LabVIEW platform was established.Three temperature sensors were used to simultaneously monitor the temperature of the radiator surface,indoors and outdoors,the NI USB interface data acquisition card voltage acquisition terminal was used to perform multi-channel acquisition on the voltage signals at both ends of the thermistor,the temperature signal was collected indirectly,and displayed and stored on the computer.The results show that the system has the characteristics of accurate measurement,convenient use and strong compatibility.It realizes real-time monitoring of heating radiator and indoor and outdoor temperature and judgment of temperature rationality, and provides data support for users and heating management decision-making.
