二次电子对高压太阳电池阵裸露互联鞘层的影响研究

摘要 低轨道高压太阳电池阵与空间冷稠等离子体相互作用是复杂的非线性过程,对该相互作用占支配影响地位的是电池阵裸露互联附近的鞘层特性,而电池盖片的二次电子发射又影响着电池阵裸露互联附近的鞘层特性。基于介质-导体结构的简化模型,通过PIC仿真分析和一阶渐进边界条件研究了介质二次电子发射对裸露导体鞘层的影响,仿真分析结果表明,二次电子发射主要通过影响介质表面充电电位来影响鞘层结构,对鞘层的影响随着导体偏置电压增加而增大。 The interaction between high voltage solar array and space plasma is a complex nonlinear process,which is dominated by the sheath of metal interconnects of solar array. In order to study the effect of secondary electron emitting from cover material on the sheath,a simplified three- dimensional model of insulator- conductor was constructed. Then through method of particle-in-cell(PIC)and asymptotic boundary conditions the effects of secondary electron emitting on sheath was investigated. The results suggest that the effects of secondary electron on sheath increase with increasing the applied voltage of conductor,and the secondary electron affects the characteristics of sheath by changing the surface potential of the insulator.
