丙种球蛋白联合激素治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征60例临床观察

Clinical Observation of 60 Cases of Guillain-barre Syndrome Treated by Gamma Globulin Combined with Hormone

目的:对丙种球蛋白与激素联合治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征的临床疗效进行探究。方法:选取2017年3月~2019年3月于我院就诊收治的60例确诊为吉兰-巴雷综合征患者,将这60例患者随机分为两组,对照组和观察组各30例,对照组患者给与激素治疗,观察组则采用丙种球蛋白联合激素治疗,对两组患者治疗后改善情况和恢复情况进行比较。结果:观察组与对照组比较,观察组治疗有效率高于对照组,治愈情况有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论:丙种球蛋白联合激素治疗吉兰-巴雷综合征具有良好的疗效。

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of gamma globulin combined with hormone therapy on guillain-barre syndrome.Methods: Selected from March 2017 to March 2019 were 60 patients diagnosed with gillan - the barre syndrome,the 60 cases of patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group two groups (30 cases,control group in the use of hormone therapy,ivig combined hormone therapy,observation group is used on two groups of patients improve after treatment and recovery.Results: Compared with the control group,the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and there was a significant difference in the cure (P<0.05).Conclusion: Gamma globulin combined with hormone therapy for guillain- barre syndrome has a good effect.
