PC/PBT合金阻燃改性研究

摘要 通过调控溴锑复配比例,PC/PBT合金的阻燃改性被进行了研究。研究发现,随着锑白比例增加,合金阻燃性能下降,湿热处理之后下降幅度更大。锑白比例越高,合金熔体稳定性能越差,反映在更高的熔体流动指数上,冲击强度略有下降。通过DSC观察到,锑白比例越高,PBT的结晶能力被抑制程度越大,反映在更低的结晶和熔融温度上。这些结果和锑白导致的PC的降解以及PBT酯基分解,以及合金中酯交换反应程度的增大都是直接相关的。 The flame retardant modification of PC/PBT alloy was studied by adjusting the ratio of bromoantimony to antimony.It’s found that with the increase of antimony white ratio,the flame retardancy of the alloys decreased,and it decreased more greatly after hydrothermal treatment.The higher the ratio of antimony white,the worse the stability of alloys’ melt,which was reflected in the higher melt flow index,the impact strength decreased slightly.Through DSC,it’s observed that the higher the ratio of antimony white,the more inhibited the crystallization ability of PBT,which was reflected in the lower crystallization and melting temperature.These results are directly related to the degradation of PC,the ester decomposition of PBT and the increase of transesterification degree in alloys, all these are caused by antimony white.
