硫酸溶液中香草醛缩氨基硫脲对碳钢的缓蚀作用研究

摘要 采用静态失重法和电化学方法研究了香草醛缩氨基硫脲(VT)席夫碱在0.5mol/L硫酸溶液中对碳钢的缓蚀性能。结果表明,VT对碳钢有良好的缓蚀作用。298K条件下,VT浓度为400×10-6mol/L时,缓蚀效率达到87.8%。VT是一种混合型缓蚀剂。VT在碳钢的表面吸附符合Langmuir吸附等温式,化学吸附和物理吸附并存。 The corrosion inhibition of vanillin thiosemicarbazone (VT) on carbon steel in 0.5 mol/L sulfuric acid solutions was studied by weight loss and electrochemical method.The results show that VT has good corrosion inhibition effect on carbon steel.At 298 K,when the VT concentration reaches 400×10-6 mol/L, the corrosion inhibition efficiency reaches 87.8 %.VT is a mixed corrosion inhibitor.The adsorption of VT on the surface of carbon steel conforms to Langmuir adsorption isotherm.Chemical adsorption and physical adsorption coexist.
