摘要 采用浸渍法制备了几种贵金属催化剂,通过BET,XRD等分析方法对催化剂进行了结构表征,且筛选出了双金属催化剂yRuxPd/Al2O3,研究了该催化剂对邻苯二甲酸二异壬酯(DINP)的催化加氢性能。结果表明在压力8.0MPa、n氢气/n酯为100、DINP液时空速0.4h-1、温度180℃条件下,DINP的转化率97.9%,DINCH选择性达到98.5%。经过520h稳定性试验,DINP的转化率均超过98%以上,DINCH选择性达到99%,表明催化剂具有很好的稳定性。 Several noble metal catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The structure of the catalysts was characterized by BET and XRD.Bimetallic catalyst yRuxPd/Al2O3 was screened out.The catalytic hydrogenation performance of the catalysts for diisononyl phthalate (DINP) was studied.The results show that the conversion of DINP is 97.9 % and the selectivity of DINCH is 98.5 % at pressure 8.0 MPa,n hydrogen/n ester 100,DINP liquid space-time velocity 0.4 H-1 and temperature 180 C.After 520 h stability test,the conversion of DINP was over 98 % and the selectivity of DINCH was 99 %.It showed that the catalyst had good stability.
