摘要
可发性聚苯乙烯是一种优异的保温隔热材料,主要应用于建材、包装等领域。本文主要研究计算EPS项目各个工段的容积类设备产能平衡,目的在于能够设计出高效的生产装置,提高生产效率。设计出了一套一个车间,两条生产线,年产能12万吨的EPS容积类设备参数。
Expandable polystyrene is an excellent thermal insulation material,mainly used in building materials,packaging and other fields.This paper mainly studies and calculates the capacity balance of volumetric equipment in each section of EPS project, aiming to design efficient production equipment and improve production efficiency.Designed a set of one workshop, two production lines,annual capacity of 120,000 tons of EPS volume equipment parameters.
