摘要
本文对高效液相色谱法(HPLC)检测化妆品中3种禁用着色剂(分散黄3,苏丹Ⅰ,颜料橙5)含量的不确定度进行了评定,提高了检测化妆品中禁用着色剂的测量结果可信度和准确度。依据《测量不确定度评定与表示》,分析化妆品禁用着色剂含量测定过程中的不确定度来源,提供建立数学模型量化不确定度分量,计算合成不确定度及扩展不确定度。结果表明,化妆品中禁用着色剂的扩展不确定度分别为:分散黄3,0.0397/0.0794mg/kg;苏丹Ⅰ,0.0178/0.0356mg/kg,颜料橙5,0.0362/0.0724mg/kg。
In the present study,the uncertainty of determination of 3 kind of prohibited colorants in cosmetics such as Disperse Yellow 3,Sultan I and pigment Orange 5,was evaluated by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC),which improved the credibility and accuracy of the measurement results of the banned colorants in cosmetics.According to Chinese regulation on the valuation and expression of uncertainty in measurement,the sources of uncertainty in determination of banned colorants were analyzed.Moreover,the combined uncertainties and expanded uncertainties were calculated based on the established mathematic models.The expanded uncertainties of prohibited colorants in cosmetics in this study were as follows: Disperse Yellow 3,0.0794 mg/kg,Sultan I,0.0356 mg/kg,pigment Orange 5,0.0724 mg/kg.
